Many congratulations to Jeremy Smart from North Sails UK who completed the IRONMAN UK Triathlon on 19th August in Dorset and raised over £1,800 in sposnorship.
The IRONMAN event consists of a 2.4 mile swim in Sherborne Lake followed by a112 mile cycle to Dorchester and back to Sherborne and then a 26.2 mile run – a Marathon distance! Jeremy completed the course in a very respectable 13hrs and 13 mins – Jeremy we are all in awe of this massive achievement – to complete a Marathon is a fantastic achievement in itself let alone after swimming 2.4 miles and cycling 112 miles!!!!!
